Vote no on IM 27

Initiated Measure 27 would legalize recreational marijuana. The Catholic Dioceses of South have come out in strong opposition to the legalization, The Rapid City Newman Center echoes this opposition and urges our students and supporters to VOTE NO on IM 27 in the upcoming election Tuesday, November 8th.
